Day 35 for egg # 1.Hatch Watch begins

In 2013 the first egg hatched on Day 36..... .

It is currently 12º C ..overcast , light SW wind..with rain on the way

Good Morning Harrison Mills and friends.......THe HWF is down.I am in on the N PTZ cam and will keep a watch on the SPTZ until someone wants it.

5:47am ....Mom rolled the eggs.staying close to them......i didn't have a good look.
6:20am...She is alert and is quietly waiting for Dad to relieve her.
6:52am.....Mom is busy preening
7:07am.... Egg roll.. nest bowl aeration...Mom is staying vey close to the eggs making difficult to get a gook look at them.

7:20am Mom called as Dad delivered a fish.i was zooming in on the eggs and missed a scap of him..Mom claimed the fish..
7:21am..It is a nice size fish .MOm is eating it fast
7:23am...Mom finished her fish..... she is rolling the eggs and settled on them
7:31am......Mom reposition.i didn't see an egg roll.she shimmied on the eggs ...incubating them

7:56am
HWF forum is up and i moved my posts over there.......and added my scaps.

8:23am. HWF forum is down again and i just saw a crack in one egg
and we had a COTG..Dad is home ..Mom is on her perch out front......

Hi Bev, I saw it too! I missed the scap though - got excited and clicked on the wrong button and by the time I got back it was too late!

Dad lifted up... peek at the eggs....... didn't see the crack... he settled back down on them..Mom is on her perch out front....
