HI Bev, Dan, Judy and all! Bev - for the brief time I had access to the HWF forum and cams this morning, I saw your reserved spaces......

Bev - would you like a break from the NPTZ? or Dan from the SPTZ?

Dad is on the nest......Mom is perched in the tree overlooking the river.......so many times we use to see her there in 2013.

About 1:05pm...........COTG........excellent feeding session followed. Good looking crop on the wee one.......I believe Mom sent Dad off after more food.......

That was a good feed - did anyone see if Dad brought in more food? It looked like the chick got more of the same ole duck, but I'm not sure.

I got a good look at the egg, and it seemed to me that a wee bit of the outer shell had fallen off and I was looking at a patch of intact membrane.....any thoughts from what you observed?
