Well, here we go again...can't get the pages to load

10:00a egg roll - Mom up for egg roll & position change (to 3 -WA).

11:13a - Spotted Mom on the perch tree.
11:32a - She flew off left.
Don't know what time the nest exchange was but Dad is on duty incubating
facing 1. It's windy and rainy; his back is covered with raindrops.

12:48p - Dad has repositioned to 3. Don't know if there was an egg roll.

1:25 pm
Taking a quick look, and I'm seeing a feeding. Not sure who is who, but one was up first and is getting fed first - and now the second is up as well. And now a bite or two for the smaller one, who is in back. Looks like a nice, peaceful feeding - just what I like to see.

5:31-5:37 a.m.: Kilo and Lima being fed. At first the first one in line (probably Kilo) got all the bites, but then the other chick started getting more.

Good morning, Sue and all! The archives for most of our cams (and a bunch of other cams) were down when I looked earlier today, and I've sent a message to Peter at WildEarth - hopefully they'll be back soon.

1:48 pm
A feeding just started - one chick is up and being fed, and the other is dozing and looking up occasionally.

1:50 pm
The one who was lying down looks as if he/she is starting to get up, or at least considering that.

1:52 pm
The one in back is up and has had a bite. It does look as if he/she is being careful to stay out of the way of the other one. And is now lying down again - and now up again. And moving over beside the bigger chick.

1:55 pm
The bigger chick who was eating first definitely has a much bigger crop. And the smaller chick is wisely avoiding eye contact with the bigger chick, but is also not reach out - though at 1:56 he just moved to the front. The adult appears to be preparing another section of the meal - so if there's more food, the little one is in prime position, and the bigger one has moved away from the feeding area.

1:59 pm
Adult is still removing fur or feathers but does not appear to have found any food yet. Smaller chick is in great position - keeping fingers crossed that there's food soon.

2:01 pm
Adult has dug out another leftover and is checking that. Little one is trying to grab a piece. OK - smaller one has now had several bites. Bigger one is back beside the smaller one, but is just sitting there and not interfering as the smaller one is fed.

2:06 pm
I had to step away for a few minutes, but little one is still eating and bigger one is lying down watching the feeding but still not interfering. I need to head home - but at this point the feeding has been going on for about 20 minutes (including maybe 5 minutes while the adult looked for more food, and the bigger one got almost all the food during the first 10 minutes, and the smaller one has been getting most for about 7 minutes now - so it's looking to me as if both are doing well.

2:05 p.m.: I see the same thing you do, Judy. I just checked in after coming home from work, and I see the bigger chick (Kilo) lying down, while the smaller one (Lima) is getting a really good feeding. Kilo looks up every now and then, but doesn't seem interested in eating.
2:15 p.m.: Now Kilo is getting a few bites. Lima straggled forward and put his/her wing over Kilo to get a bite. Lima continues to get lots of stringy bites of food, but Kilo is getting a bite every now and then, too.
2:19 p.m.: Feeding seems to be over. Both chicks have huge crops!
