Hello All..........I believe that Mom is in the nest, When Dad came in with the moss, I got a good look at his tail feathers at one point.

I agree Bev re: Mom's squealing. Anyone else here the "peeps" last time Mom was up off the eggs?

Thanks Dan....... I think so too......Dad wouldn't be squealing at Mom like that....... that is her style. :lol:

I'm afraid I can't listen right now - but I will try to record the next time she(?) gets up so I can get a s'cap from the recording.

Mom calls.Dad is there with a stick...oops! hit her on the head with the stick..Mom is not happy.......Bless his heart........he wants to see the eggs.Mom shows him but she stays on the nest .............. i can hear the chick peeping but view of the PIP :love:

Mom was settling on the nest, Dad is back with another stick..she is squealing like all get out....LOL and she left .

Aha! Dad is shimming and incubating the eggs... this is what he loves to do........ :love:

In 2013 Dad was on the nest when both eggs hatched..............

12:26 p.m.: More squealing from whomever is sitting on the eggs, LOL! The other parent has flown in, causing the other to squeal. We got a good look at the eggs, but I don't see the pip right now.

12:32 p.m.: I think Pa has moved over the eggs. He has a sleeker head than Ma, whose head looks a bit fluffier. I think, LOL! Yup, I see a black stripe on his tail feather, so it's him.
