Harrison Mills Observations

This is a place to keep notes about what's happening at White Rock, Delta 2, Harrison Mills and Lafarge while we wait for the Hancock Wildlife site to be back on line.

I finally found the spot on replay, and it looks to me as if it's behind that branch where I'm trying to look now. I did see the second bit of white originally, but wasn't sure it wasn't the same eagle after I'd lost her - now I know it's a second one. But if they're there, I'm not seeing them.

Darlene, I really do need to go - would you be able to take over South? Not sure if Mom and/or her friend will make an appearance, but maybe.

Thanks for answering the question about the band - I also looked but she wasn't cooperating.

I wonder if Bev can get a better look from the north cam? I am not as familiar with the north cam.

Thanks Judy, I am so glad you were here! I will take the south cam. Have a great day!

Good morning Judy, Bev, Darlene I just got here in time to see mom on the bsb before she left. Read the posts and then had to find my password to get online, I think I have it saved now.

Good morning Heather. They flew to the evergreen right behind the branches that I have zoomed into on the south cam.

Thanks, Darlene - and glad to see you here, Heather! Did you know that there's a slider at the bottom of the cam window that lets you look back a ways? Useful for times like this when someone was on the nest recently.

And I think I found and turned off the "feature" that pops up a notice that someone else has posted in case you want to read their post before adding yours - I'd discovered several times that I thought I'd submitted a post but it was waiting for me to Submit again after I read the intervening posts - which meant my post didn't get up until several minutes later when I noticed it was still sitting there.

And I'm out for a few hours - will check in when I get back!

Pretty sure that is the right tree you found Bev but I don't see them in it so they must have flown off from there. You have a way better view of it though from the North cam. That's good to know.
